We are a Berkeley based real estate team of 3, working with clients selling and buying both residential and investment properties. The team consists of 3 licensed Realtors: Patrick Leaper, co-founder of Red Oak Realty , based in Berkeley, CA., with over 35 years experience, his daughter Gillian leaper-Leslie, who grew up in a leading Berkeley area real estate family and has been working with the Team for 7 years and Lynda Johnson, who specializes in Investment transactions with a focus on Self Directed IRA purchases.
The Team prides it self on its depth of knowledge and experience, it attention to details, client satisfaction and long term relationships.

We need a logo that is both professional in appearance, relates well to what we do and who we are as stated above. Experience, Knowledge, Integrity...all to common a statement but very true as we have assisted over 1,000 clients and nearly all of our business comes via referrals from satisfied clients. Mehr lesen
