Logo Design Project - co branding

Hier ist was RSP Marketing + Wunderkind Talent suchte für sein logo design.

We are a recruitment company (www.rsprecruitment.com.au) and have recently acquired another recruitment company called Wunderkind Talent, known for exceptional marketing candidates. (http://www.wunderkind.com.au/)

We wish to have a joint logo for use in our marketing communications. Our logo is currently Orange and theirs is Green. We have the licence to change the colour scheme of theirs (Wunderkind) to be more in harmony with our visual identity.

We would also like the RSP logo to have 'Marketing' included so it is recognisable as 'RSP Marketing'.

We would like some sort of 'tag line' indicating 'RSP Marketing in Association with Wunderking Talent'. Perhaps you have the two logos and the text somehow between them? The text could be different, but just not "Powered By"....
