Travel agency needs to revamp its logo

Hier ist was Logo: Nora Tagline: Turismo & Intercâmbio suchte für sein logo design.

We are a travel agency from a small city near Sao Paulo, Brazil
Most of our business comes from people who are traveling on vacation. We sell touristic packages for all over the world, but most of our clients go to: Northeast of Brazil, USA, Caribbean and Europe.
We are on the market for almost 15 years, our current logo is about 4 years old. And we need to revamp our logo, an evolution of our current logo.
We need to change both the design and the text of our logo. The change in design I'll leave to you guys (just keep in mind that the logo we are looking for is an evolution of our current logo, not a completely new design from scratch), and the text change I will explain what we need.
Our current logo says Nora Turismo, which mean Nora Tourism in english...and we want to remove the Turismo word from the logo and add the tagline Turismo & Intercâmbio, which means Turism and Student Exchange in english
