I have just started a company which incorporates speed (sprint work) and agility aimed at all types of athletes (including elite athletes) to allow them to excel in whichever sport they play.
It is targeted at many different demographics but I have found that my largest clients are corporate and high level team sportsmen wanting to get that extra 1%.
