New Zealand live lobster exporter needs new logo design/branding

Because of an unforeseen issue with the company name, we need to extend and alter the previous brief. We also take the opportunity to further clarify our needs, so will rewrite as follows –

We are a 30yo company exporting live lobster from New Zealand to Asian markets, but primarily to mainland China. We need a new logo design as we are changing our name from Rijyo Holdings Ltd (a Japanese name where we originally exported various products) to NZ Red Rock Lobster Ltd.
Ltd does not need to be shown in the logo, but can be if needed to balance the look, as could co (NZ Red Rock Lobster Co).
We see the name split as NZ Red / Rock Lobster – ie when we answer the phone it will be NZ Red (En Zed Red)
Red is an obvious colour for lobster (and lucky in Asia) and important now with the name change. If you look at the current Rijyo logo – we use a dark blue & red, perhaps we could have some continuation of these colours? The red swishes in the Rijyo box were stylized fish … Mehr lesen
