Our Story
Fathom Research is an offshoot of MotiveQuest www.motivequest.com a leading full service social research company serving the Fortune 500. MotiveQuest has been gathering data and building software since 2003. MotiveQuest has focused on digging beneath "what" people are saying online to understand "why" they are saying it. We have designed every piece of software to answer specific Fortune 500 marketing questions. Things like "What do my customers care about most?" or "How can I deepen my Facebook engagement?"
During the last years we realized that many of these questions are not specific only to the Fortune 500 and, that we are rather good at answering them. We decided to create a separate company - Fathom Research - to enable people to be able to access these revolutionary tools on their own.
