Logo for Real Estate Development company

Hier ist was Epico Development suchte für sein logo design.

We are a real estate development and property management company looking for a new logo. Our company had a logo designed a couple of years ago that we were not completely satisfied with and we have decided it is time to give the search for a new logo another try.

The design should be simple and modern. We are drawn to fonts like Helvetica, but we are open to other fonts. We are open to different colors, but would like to exclude red and orange. The current logo uses shades of blue, which we continue to favor as an dominant color.

Our logo will primarily be seen by partners, vendors and financial institution, so it is not necessary for the logo to attempt to sell our brand with figurative images or eye catching design. Fresh, modern and confident are the concepts we are looking to convey.
