I need a logo that represents some form of synergy. Synergy means the interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.
Cooperative interaction among groups, especially among the acquired subsidiaries or merged parts of a corporation, that creates an enhanced combined effect.

The primary logo design consideration should communicate a company that has synergy of adept (skilled) resources.

The company's main industry is Project Management in IT consulting and supply but the short term direction (shift) is to transition to Project Management in property development. The type of industry is only secondary reflection of the logo.

The managing director is a woman, is elegant and appreciate fine things in life and would lean on designs that would reflect herself in the logo.
