We are a family owned Property Management Business located in south Georgia. We specialize in owning and renting apartments, houses, a mobile home community, and commercial buildings. Our name is Chancy Development Company. Many times that is misleading to people looking for proprty to rent. We are doing a DBA name of Chancy Properties. In this logo we would like people driving through our town to understand that we are a place to go to look for property rentals. Our existing colors are blue and green.
