Food Chain Logo (Vietnamese food)

Design a logo for a new Vietnamese food chain.
The company name is "Banh Mi Naa!".
Banh Mi (please check it out on Google and Google images) are a Vietnamese filled bread roll / baguette (like a bread roll filled with pate, meats and salads - colorful, tasty, spicy).
The shops are a little bit like an Asian equivalent of the American "SUBWAY" chain, so take-away food. The shops are to be based in Asia (e.g., Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore). The product is not premium price (ie not expensive) but quality / value.
We would like to incorporate the brand "Banh Mi Naa!" into the logo but it is not absolutely essential.
The color palate should be fairly primary - black, white, red, green, (maybe some tone/shades - grey etc.). Some food colors like orange and yellow are ok, but please no pinks, purples, cyan, magenta etc. If you look at images on Google you will see the strong mix of colors in this product (especially reds and greens).
