Real Estate Deal Genie Needs a Logo Design

Hier ist was Real Estate Deal Genie, LLC suchte für sein logo design.

We need a logo design for a new company based in the Washington, DC suburbs. We find and present to Real Estate investors, lucrative residential and commercial investment deals, before they appear on the traditional market.

Because we call ourselves The Real Estate Deal Genie, we would like to see designs that incorporate a genie bottle (like the one used in the "I Dream of Jeannie" tv series) and a residential property. I visualize the bottom of the bottle showing the inside of a residential home, or a design that incorporates a Jeannie bottle.

A very eye-catching and memorable design is desired. The colors used in the final design should be bright and vibrant, like the original purple Jeannie bottle (http://www.jeanniebottles.com/), and should communicate a new business that is efficient, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
