Logo Design Project

Hier ist was DataSift suchte für sein logo design.

We need a new corporate logo for DataSift. We describe ourselves as a 'social data platform' company - in short, we gulp down Tweets, Facebook Posts and content from blogs and messageboards, analyze each item to determine things like the sentiment, and then allow companies to analyze social media content to understand how their brands are perceived, gather feedback on products etc.

For a design-brief, we want to convey these 3 things as brand attributes: innovation, conversational/business-friendly and social. "Social" is a big part of what we do - but we are a B2B play so we want something that would stand out in a logo wall along other companies, but we don't want it to feel like a B2C brand logo.
Although we are a twitter partner, we don't want Twitter birds in the logo!

We like the orange in the current logo (www.datasift.com) but not much else. I don't want to emphasize the "sift" portion of the name, it's not a very aspirational word! I like the logo from i… Mehr lesen
