The primary audience will be Community Care Managers, Community Care Volunteers, First Aid Services and St John management. The secondary audience will be stakeholders working with the Community Care program, and government contacts.
The design and look needs to be transferrable to different mediums including reports, letterheads, HTML newsletter design, signature blocks and flyers.

Scope: The Community Care program is about developing community resilience and providing volunteer opportunities that are diverse, friendly and flexible. Community Care's objectives include improving the quality of life for vulnerable people, building social inclusion through companionship and support and increasing economic and social participation.
