Greens & Beans needs a Logo design

We need a logo design for a brand new fresh prepared food company retailing with independent retailers. How do we define our food - 'yumm, funn and good for one.'

Our goal is to provide flavorful healthy dishes that have a good dose of greens or beans in it with a dash of exotic and unexplored flavors..sometimes indian, sometimes Thai, sometimes southwestern, etc. etc. We are young and fun and believe in the authenticity of things - we believe in creating food that we will feel good about giving our families. When you can read every ingredient on the back of a package you know what you are eating is real food.We also believe in giving back and supporting local community.
We would like a logo that is simple yet very impactful. We can be a bit quirky but we have our head on our shoulders - we would like our logo to represent those characteristics.
