New logo design for a historic winery

Hier ist was Alois Schneiders - Weingut Josefshof, Pommern/Mosel suchte für sein logo design.

We are a small traditional German winery (since 1910) on the river Mosel and are specialized in "exclusive" handcrafted wines. With us you get a wine 100% handmade. A winery where the owner and master winemaker still does most of the work himself.
We want a logo that stands "alone". It should speak for itself.
The logo design should embody/express these terms:
