Employee engagement specialist needs memorable logo design

We need a logo design for a consulting company that specializes in corporate culture, strategic planning, and employee engagement. We focus on 1) strategy: intentional planning and 2) fun: creates interest and attracts energy. We learn towards either logos that are clean, simple, and clever......or vintage, masculine, distressed designs. But we are open to ideas. We would love for the logo to look amazing on navy/midnight blue backgrounds (tshirts, website, etc).

The Plan Cave is a nod to the idea of a "man cave", seeing that as a place where guys go to focus, work, plan, or relax. I want The Plan Cave to be a place where business owners go to work, plan, and focus on their objectives. So the imagery is not about a cave, it is about planning, strategy, guidance, or showing/lighting the way to new ideas. Mehr lesen
