The Negotiator logo: printed words that copy the style provided in samples

Hier ist was The Negotiator suchte für sein logo design.

We need a print logo that reads "The Negotiator" but is an an exact copy of the font style from the title logo of "The Equalizer" TV series (2020). The base font is Nebulosa Display Stencil but we will need modifications. I have attached samples to illustrate the exact look we want.
