Australia's National Mental Health Month

Australia's National Mental Health Month will take place throughout the month of October to raise awareness of mental health challenges experiences by Australians across the country.

This year’s theme will focus on raising awareness of mental health struggles as a direct result of the unprecedented challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We're asking our network of designers to come up with a logo that can be shared on channels like Slack, Facebook and Instagram in the form of a reaction, photo overlay or sticker to help bring awareness to the cause, and inspire the community to support one another as we continue to navigate lockdowns and restrictions.

The slogan for National Mental Health Month 2021 is:

‘Mental Health: Post Pandemic Recovery Challenges and Resilience'

You can choose to include this in the design if you wish.
