Most food products are not manufactured by the brand owners and recipe creators. We are a new manufacturer (factory) for these foods. We have experience working as brand owners relying on contract factories and we are creating a better experience. How? Having been in the client's shoes before is the start. We do everything we wish our past factories would have done. Such as:
Really listening and caring about client needs.
Giving strong personal attention as if we owned the brand.
Setting realistic expectations (not lying to get business).
Paying extreme attention to detail in planning and execution.
Welcoming client's to visit and participate in their production.
Having a clean modern facility with many comfort amenities for visitors.
Providing warehouse storage and shipping services in the same building (unusual, most client's have to ship the product to yet anther warehouse increasing costs, delays to market and pollution.
