Select Space - Premium Garage Condos

Hier ist was Select Space suchte für sein logo design.

Logo design is for a new garage / condo facility. The idea is to have around 60 units of premium garage space for tenants to rent / own. The name of the facility will be “Select Space”. We want the emphasis to be with “Select Space” and and underline of “Premium Garage Condos” to be smaller. The idea is to provide more than a place to park, I want to offer people a high quality space that they would own, and help build a community. The logo is more then a design. We want to create a brand around the facility that gets recognized across the city.
