Real Estate Logo for company yet to be born

I'm looking into opening my real estate company and would like to find the right logo to start.
The company will focus mainly long term on house rentals and buy and sell, possibly in the future become also a real estate agency.
The preferred colors would be black, white and green.
A simple logo with not too many shapes and lines, that can translate easily the idea from far away, and that can be easily used in any background colour if necessary.
