Artist required to bring amateur logo sketch to life!

Hier ist was Shoogly Coo suchte für sein logo design.

I am launching an online shop selling only Scottish products and I have a good idea of what I require in a logo, however, I am not skilled enough to come up with a beautifully finished one. I have a computer generated draft which needs tidying up and added 'polish'. It has a regal feel about it, as in a coat of arms. Although the name 'Shoogly Coo' is comical and meant to attract visitors, the website looks luxurious with items of good quality, many being created by Scottish artisans in micro businesses.
