Fortress Cider logo and label for alcoholic beverage

A new cider company that is based in Ireland, called Fortress wants a logo based on a stylised reworking of a line drawing of an old fort that is a local land mark. The cyder will be produced in small batches, 50,000lt per annum would be a max in 1000lt IBC'S. Target market is middle class that can afford to pay a little more for premium product.
