Executive Coaching business needs logo design

I need a logo design for my new executive coaching company. The company will start with only offering executive coaching, but in the future could expand to leadership academies, online courses, and/or assessments. The logo needs to be professional but also relatable - the company's logo should help push forward the brand of: professionalism, empowerment, elevating (or leveling up) results, impactful change and authenticity.

My core colors are blue, black, white, gold and red (see uploaded pic of colors, labeled "EC colors"). Not all colors need to be in the logo design.

I want 2 logo design options - one with only my company name (Performance Leadership Solutions) and 1 with both my company name and my slogan (Name: Performance Leadership Solutions Slogan: Empower. Transform. Elevate.)
