AgoraOS - update logo design for ERP Software

Hier ist was AgoraOS suchte für sein logo design.

Hi guys,
I already have a logo and I'd like to modernize it.

My product is a small business ERP Software focused on business that do technical assistance (repair shops - mobiles, automotive, computers, notebooks and many others branches)

The name AgoraOS means:
Agora = now
OS (ordem de serviço) = technical assistance service order

1) I'd like to keep colors from original logo
2) It must have an icon to use at mobile app's, because my actual logo is too big to build a nice icon.
3) It must have black / white options for both logo and text
4) It would be nice to have the "OS" part of name on bold - but not required.
