Tây Ta - beer cafe, craft beer brand

Hier ist was Tây Ta suchte für sein logo design.

We have a cafe/bar in Saigon, Vietnam. We intend on opening more venues in the coming months catering to young to mid age Vietnamese people. Additionally, I am a brewmaster with a brewery outside of Saigon. I will make a Tây Ta beer brand. The logo needs to look good on a neon light sign, a menu and a beer can.

Stylistically I want a minimalist design. I want to incorporate an image of a UFO shaped like a mushroom. It can strongly resemble a mushroom too. I do not want a cartoon drawing. I'm looking for a cool design that incorporates that image without being something out of a cartoon.
