Property Investor wants to stand out from the crowd

I need a logo design for a new real estate investing company. I buy houses in all conditions, as-is, then I renovate them, and sell or rent to new families. Our company is called 'REMIX Property'. I want to create a FUN, COLORFUL, yet still professional vibe that will STAND OUT from the crowd of other blah real estate logos. Possibly using pastel pop art or vintage color palettes and design elements. (Not primary colors like red, yellow, blue)
