Baseball team logo that looks similar to the Brewers glove logo

Hier ist was Calgary West Little League suchte für sein logo design.

We are a non-profit (volunteer based) Baseball Little League for kids aged 5-16 years old. I have attached the Millwaukee Brewers logo that has inspired what we are looking for except instead of letters M & B, we would like to have our C & W incorporated. something that still looks like a ball in the glove as shown in the red drawing.
