Designer House Plans wants a typographical logo wordmark logo but fairly happy with current logo

Want a new logo design but am fairly happy with what I’ve got now
Just want to see what else may be possible, not really wanting a graphical logo but more of a typographical logo.
Need to represent a vision of luxury home design and architecture to clients who are in the process of building a new custom house
