Apartment Complex with Navy and Beach theme/ Relaxing Beach Theme

Need a logo design for an apartment complex. We are located in Pensacola, FL which is a big area for the US NAVY. Our apartment complex concept is to use the fact that many apartments have the term "landings" in them, mixed with the fact that an airplane lands on an aircraft carrier, hence Carrier Landings. So we need a logo that shows we are both an apartment complex with Naval Aviation ties. We are also located in beautiful Pensacola BEACH so also designs with a relaxing beach theme would be welcomed.
