German Restaurant Logo

It's a logo for a German bar and restaurant. I would like to look like attached logo of Figlmuller with the following details:
- Font the same as Figlmuller
- Backgrould color to be blue as in the attached file
- Shape the same as Figlmuller
- Adlerhorst color - Please offer 2 options 1 in white and 1 in gold
- Decorative elements to be the same as Figlmuller (frame, year and details)
- Decorative elements to be the same as Figlmuller in gold
- Year of establishment is 2002
- The eagle must the at the same place as the centered up of Adlerhorst like it is in Figlmuller logo
