Social Group needs edgy mafia style logo

Hier ist was Corporate Cartel suchte für sein logo design.

We are a group of people who use to work together. Although we worked in a hospital, we were the back of house team doing everything from engineering, security, communications, waste, linen, transport, cleaning and orderlies.

We are after an edgy mafia style logo. It doesn't need to represent all of the areas we worked in but it would be great to incorporate a couple.
