Elevate Logo Redesign (current logo attached)

Hier ist was Elevate - Take Your Business To The Next Level suchte für sein logo design.

I've attached our current Elevate logo. I want to keep in the same design idea with the letter "A" launching up from the rest of the word. The tagline at the bottom will remain the same "Take Your Business To The Next Level". An emphasis on NEXT LEVEL is important as well.

This is for the branding of our weekly business video podcast.

While I want to keep with the general idea of what I've described above, I'm open to all fonts, color schemes, etc.

I've also included our company's logo (LaunchPointe Marketing) if you want to integrate our rocket in the design (not mandatory though).
