Radio Show logo: The Rhythm Association

Hier ist was The Rhythm Association suchte für sein logo design.

I have started as a radio presenter for a local community radio. This is a voluntary role. The station is run by volunteers for the local community. I present a 2 hour show once a week.
I am after a logo for the show so I can put it on tee shirts that I make to give away to listeners. Colours of the finished image should be suitable for both black and white tees.

The Show name is: The Rhythm Association

I introduce each show with: Welcome to The Rhythm Association with me KJ.
The music for the show is very much in the soul, rhythm & blues, disco/ dance area but all with a chilled vibe.
As to the design I am open to any suggestions. I have thought about a microphone image, headphones, I have thought of a music clef and wavy music lines with Rhythm written within. On Headphones, is there a way to get them to look like the headphones are on the initials KJ.
I have thought of guitar, I have thought of changing audio volume.
