New Florida Food truck and it needs a new logo! Go bananas Give me your best sass

Hier ist was The Sassy Snack Shack (The Sassy smaller than Snack Shack) suchte für sein logo design.

I live in Florida and bought a food truck so I need a fantastic design /logo to draw people in!
They say there is a 3-5 second rule with food trucks that people need to be able to tell what you sell.
I have yet to design the wrap for the truck so I am open on colors.
1. business name: The Sassy Snack Shack
2. all items sold will be gluten free:
wine infused popsicle
frozen bananas- probably will be my signature(making them)
other things: popcorn, nuts, "charcuterie bowl with meat cheese grapes",chips, rice crispy treats
