I run retreats, 3-4 days in length, in the wellness space and use breathwork, cold exposure and contrast therapy with saunas./heat This provides a unique experience for participants to improve health , connect more deeply within as we facilitate opportunities for positive transformation We want to use our names Jesse and James in the name of the experience and highlight graphically the 3 elements we use (breathwork , cold exposure and contrast therapy with sauna/heat) This brand will become synonymous with wellness transformation.
