TRx.MD allows nurses to "Fetch" the patient's drug dispensing history from pharmacies to determine what medication the patient is currently taking, allow the nurses to efficiently perform a Medication Reconciliation, and then either print or import the result BPMH into the hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR).
