Mental conditioning agency needs a logo

Hier ist was Optimal Mental Performance suchte für sein logo design.

Our agency works with corporations, financial traders, top collegiate and professional athletes to improve their mental toughness, process development and goal setting. I'd like a design that uses black, white and gray that is modern and I'd like it to possible be a creative use of the initials of the company (OMP) and the company name (Optimal Mental Performance) underneath it.
