Need a logo for an environmental consulting business named, “ALL HANDS BIOLOGICAL”

The Logo can be standalone or incorporated into the company by name of first letter “A” of the company. I would like an artistic logo that incorporates hands and nature (kind of like protecting/supporting nature and the environment. I’d like to avoid using a earth/globe shape (which was my previous employer’s logo). Most of our work is in aquatic systems (estuaries, rivers, creeks, lakes) with endangered fish, frogs/toads, turtles, snakes, and birds so having nature or water, coastal, river, mountain shapes or inspirational patterns from these elements would be very nice.
