Syniad - Continuous Improvement Company Logo

Hier ist was Syniad suchte für sein logo design.

We need a logo design for a company that is being 'rebranded' based in the UK. We are Continuous Improvement Specialists (Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.) that support large businesses in improvement initiatives, consulting, and training. The new name is "Syniad" which means 'Idea' in Welsh and also represents our core values which is a synergistic (syn) approach to improvement (i), adapting to customer needs (a), and development of people (d). We teach people and organisations to be better problem solvers or do problem solving project management work ourselves.

We would ideally like the colour to be darker (dark blue, black, dark red etc.) and communicate a professional company that also reflects on the word Syniad, continuous improvement, or the core values stated above. We work with a variety of industries so shouldn't be limited to 'manufacturing' style logos.
