Need a logo for an urban living site in Madison, WI. The site includes 30 apartments and 6 vibrant retail spaces. The site consists of two large, old, brick buildings and two 10 unit new construction apartment buildings. It is located in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood filled with consistent activity and young, energetic, free thinking individuals. The neighborhood has a "funky" vibe to it and I'd like that to be reflected in the logo. Included in much of the future signage will be "Professionally Managed by Grindstone Property Management".
