Private money lending company in need of logo

Hier ist was Streetly Capital suchte für sein logo design.

We need a logo design for a new lending company called Streetly Capital. We provide mortgages for business purpose loans, mostly to real estate investors for a fix and flip house. We want the logo to be recognizable and memorable among all of the other companies out there, while still leaning more minimalistic. Color preferences are in the blues and greens, if any at all. We are open to an icon but would like the icon to be a bit more tied to the name. So maybe something with an 'S'? Not against other icon options but just don't want some random generic one that doesn't speak to the brand at all. We are a lender but do not want any dollar signs or anything to do with money, other than the color green. We are also open to some sort of streetlight incorporation into the name or icon, as long as it has a modern feel and not a clipart feel.
