Need a new fresh logo for a Tech startup

Hier ist was Black Rock Tech or Black Rock Technologies or shortened abbreviated version suchte für sein logo design.

We need a refresh on our current logo. We are Black Rock Tech (www.black-rock.tech), a Managed IT services company providing IT and Consulting services to small, medium, and large companies in and around Michigan. We are veteran-owned and operated and are in our second year. We primarily focus on serving the construction and manufacturing industries and companies that support the construction and manufacturing industries. We have a sister company (industrialservices1.com) and are open to possibly a rebrand that is similar to their logo/brand (with different colors). Our values are Bold. Reliable.Trustworthy. ("BRT")

We're also VERY open to a shortening of our name for the logo and also different colors. E.g. BLKRK. We want to get away from prospective customers asking us if we're related to the finance firm "BlackRock".
