We've laid the groundwork with initial submissions, serving as a reference point. Now, we invite you to infuse your creativity and expertise to refine these concepts, or present entirely new ones. The focal point of the design should be a vivid portrayal of freedom, harmoniously intertwined with the iconic Dallas skyline.
