Design a new logo for specialy development company

Create a logo for a real estate land development company. We create mixed-use master-planned communities and are responsible for horizontal development (parks, streets, lots, utilities, public art, etc.) and vertical development (office and retail buildings). We specialize in public/private projects by helping cities, universities, and other public entities create new communities with their underutilized land. The new company name is “Arterra”.

Arterra combines "arte" (Spanish/Italian for art) implying artistry, creativity, or skill with "terra" meaning "earth" in Latin. The “te” in both words is shared in the company name. The name suggests a focus on the artistic or thoughtful aspects of land development. "Arterra" conveys a sense of blending artistry with thoughtfully designed land development.
We think a wordmark might best serve our needs, but we’re open to a more stylistic logo or icon as well. We don't have any preconceived ideas for color, font, or design. Mehr lesen
