New to industry Quality Assurance Consulting business needs a logo design

I need a logo design for a new business based in Northern California called 'P Spence & Associates, LLC'. I provide quality assurance consulting to industry with experience in aerospace trying to break into medical.

I would like the logo to have the letters P S A intertwined with roots growing out of the bottom and a tree canopy out of the top (intertwined, not just positioned close together). The roots and canopy are the focal points. PSA will not be used as an abbreviation for the business. It is meant to be something like a hidden gem for anyone looking closely at my logo, and to also make the logo very unique to me and my business.

The letters P S A can be used to form the tree trunk, be part of the bark, some sort of carving, or hidden within the tree trunk. Essentially with the idea that a strong root system makes for a strong and healthy tree.
