Retail Shopping Center Logo Designs - Limerick Ridge Square

To create logos for a 80,000 sq ft. retail shopping center called Limerick Ridge Square. Attached files are for another retail location that we own nearby and want the logos to be similarly themed. Files include a Vertical, Horizontal and Badge layout for your review and use. Unfortunately, our previous designer retired but we believe the existing font used is Novecento Sans that has a very distinct "Q" shape that we like very much. The proposed Logo could be a single "L" similar to the "R" used at RiveEdge Square or could be "LRS". The logo(s) will be used in many ways around the property. At the sister property, RiverEdge Square, we use the "R" as a large stand alone lit channel letter over the main residential entrances. The horizontal logo is used for our physical management office sign and for marketing, The badge is used at all glass residential doors and on flags on the light poles in the parking area.
