Startup real estate wholesale business needs a logo design

We need a logo design for a new virtual real estate wholesale company. We buy properties at a discount and resell them to investors "off market" or keep them property ourselves as an investment. Understandably, this can feel a bit "shady" to the home seller. Our goal is to provide an honest, simple, and smooth transaction for both the seller and buyer. As a result, the logo should convey integrity, confidence, and strength. No stock photos/images please. Nothing too cartoonish.
