Minnesota Lake Fire Department Logo

I need a logo for the Minnesota Lake Fire Department. It can be either the shape of a shield or just a maltese cross like the standard FD logo is. I would like to see it made with black, grey, and red. It also needs to incorporate an old windmill/ old mill in it somehow as the old mill is the heritage of Minnesota Lake. I have used this site before with another artist but would like to try again in hopes to get a really, really good design.
