Logo Redesign - Make my logo come alive with color

I need some color around my logo on my logo needs color. When my real estate sign is hanging it is just black and white and when I hang my banners at local events the black and white gets lost...

***I LIKE THE LOGO OF THE TWO HOUSES WITH THE LITTLE HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE...

I just need to refresh it and get some life to it.
